When is the best time to visit?
For the best value – and the shortest lines – visit Ten Flags on a weekday. Crowds are generally smallest on Thursday.
What is the park’s operating schedule?
Can you bring food into the park?
We have an upmarket Chesanyama, Hallal Restaurant and Beverages Hub. A Ten Flags restaurant operated by our very Master Chef of 40 Years Old. Come explore yourself within taste. You are allowed to bring food and non-alcoholic beverages into the park. A very limited number of public picnic tables are available on a first-come, first serve basis. Please note: The cooking of food is not permitted in our public groves or in the parking lots. Grills are not allowed, nor are they available in the public groves. Also, no glass containers, knives, nor alcohol permitted.
What Happens If It Rains?
If it rains on the day of your visit, some attractions may close temporarily. If park management determines that a majority of rides have been closed for more than one full hour due to weather, rain checks will be offered. It must still be raining in order to get a rain check. You must still be at the park, and all members in your party must be present to receive rain checks. Your wristbands will be removed by park staff and you must leave the park upon receipt of the rain check. When the rain stops and the rides re-open, the distribution of rain checks will end. If it rains later in the day, the process begins again: management will determine if a majority of attractions have been closed for another full hour, and will issue rain checks. No refunds or exceptions to this policy.
Does the park offer birthday party packages?
We always recognize a child’s birthday even if it is a small family and friends gathering at Ten Flags, especially if they are still little, before they become teenagers and know better. We go all out for milestones — they are special!
